Greta Valenti
Founder, CEO

As Founder & CEO of Grow Vision, her work spans multi-award-winning creative & marketing campaigns, film & TV, as well as various musical projects.
Her professional creative & marketing career started at age 21, while working as a temp at Taco Bell HQ when then CMO, Greg Creed (now CEO of Yum! Brands), spotted her natural creative abilities and asked her to join the marketing team’s think tank. As part of that team, she helped develop nationally recognized PR and marketing strategies such as the World Series Target in Left Field for Free Tacos. As an Art Director, won a W3 Award for her work on the brand's 50th Anniversary campaign.
In 2007, Greta officially started Grow Vision full-time and became Taco Bell’s go-to Video Production Company, producing nearly all of Taco Bell’s social media & internal content. In 2011, Grow Vision was hired to produce a documentary about Taco Bell founder Glen Bell, for Taco Bell’s 50 Anniversary, winning them a W3 Award.
In 2012, Grow Vision was asked by Daryl Hall (Hall & Oates) to Produce his TV show “Live From Daryl’s House”; facilitating the transition of the syndicated TV/web show into a Full HD Surround series for Viacom/MTV Live, increasing production value while also reducing budget spend by half.
Over the years, Greta has stepped away from Grow Vision for opportunities such as working with ad agencies producing award-winning videos and design work for clients such as Toyota, Irvine Company, Monster Energy, and Ninebot | Segway.
In 2018, Greta was tapped to co-direct a documentary about successful businesswoman & cancer survivor Diana Wright. The film which documents Diana’s fight to overcome a terminal cancer diagnosis, The Unbelievable Plight of Mrs Wright, went on to win over 65 awards from around the globe.
In 2019, Greta was appointed Head of Marketing for a vertically integrated cannabis retail company, People's in Orange County, California, spending two years helping nurture the startup to become one of the top-grossing cannabis companies in California. In 2022, Greta became Director of Marketing for Highway Cannabis in Marina del Rey, launching the brand’s first retail store, a full line of in-house products, and producing various partnerships & events including a 420 Event featuring Tyga.
Today, Greta leads GROW VISION’s work with Fortune 500 companies & clients from around the globe, is a cannabis advocate, expert, and consultant for various brands in the California cannabis market for GROW VISION VERDE, and is producing various film & musical projects alongside their partner, Robin Davey. The duo has two bands that tour internationally (Beaux Gris Gris & The Apocalypse, Well Hung Heart) under their record label GROW VISION MUSIC, as well as a Motown-style recording & film studio, GROW VISION STUDIOS, in Riverside, California.
Robin Davey

As President of Grow Vision, Robin’s work spans multi-award-winning films/ documentaries, TV, as well as various musical projects and viral videos.
Establishing himself as an early adopter of digital video creation, Robin was discovered by Academy Award Winning Director, Kevin McDonald when he and his brother won first place in UK’s British Telecom Short Film Competition. The film made it into the hands of Dave Stewart (The Eurythmics) who signed the brothers to a development deal. From there, he crafted music videos for major labels including Interscope, Warner Brothers and Atlantic.
In 2005, Robin was an early innovator with video on the web. His various music projects combined utilized video, scripted entertainment, and music to capture audiences. His video “The Coolest 8 year Old in the World” captured national media and was one of YouTube’s first viral videos, putting him into the YouTube Hall of Fame. Simultaneously his bands were dominating MySpace becoming one of the first viral bands.
In 2006, his debut documentary feature, The Canary Effect, about the genocide of Native Americans in America, garnered critical acclaim. The film won many awards including the “Stanley Kubrick Award for Bold and Innovative Filmmaking” presented to him by Michael Moore at the Traverse City Film Festival. The film is available for FREE online & is still used today in many classrooms for educational purposes.
In 2008, moving to the commercial creative world, Robin began directing and editing content for GROW VISION and their clients Taco Bell, Yum Brands, and more. In 2011, Grow Vision was hired to produce a documentary about Taco Bell founder Glen Bell, for Taco Bell’s 50 Anniversary, winning them a W3 Award.
In 2012, after seeing some of his work online, he was asked by Daryl Hall (Hall & Oates) to become the Director of “Live From Daryl’s House”, transforming the show’s look, from a reality show to a beautifully shot mainstay on MTV Live.

Joe McGarry
DIRECTOR OF WEB/ECOMM PROGRAMMING & DESIGN
With a client list that ranges from Wells Fargo and the California Lottery to Tenacious D and Matador Records, programmer and designer Joe McGarry specializes in WordPress, WooCommerce, Shopify, Foundation, HTML5, CSS3, javascript / jQuery, PHP and SASS, as well as being adept at handling all back-end needs, from MySQL databases and Amazon S3 instances to Pantheon servers and full-site setups or migrations.
In addition, he has enjoyed much success as a video editor, with a credits list that includes award-winning animations and a Super Bowl commercial for Botanist Gin. Much of his editing work revolves around the music world, drawing on his background as a seasoned musician – as a member of indie duo Pop Noir he has played hundreds of shows, from Los Angeles to London, Paris and as far afield as China – for clients including NPR Tiny Desk Sessions, BBC Live Lounge, and Billie Eilish & Olivia Rodrigo for Interscope Records.

Aaron Garcia

Aaron has been with Grow Vision for over 10 years doing everything from Grip, Gaffer, or Audio work to Director of Photography.
Aaron is an excellent crew manager, a perfect partner with our Directors on set, or can run and gun on his own.
Solid and skilled, his work ranges from broadcast Television (Viacom, ABC) and Live events & concerts (Sirius XM). -
Kaelin Davis

Her love for photography ignited over a decade ago when she started school in beautiful Santa Barbara. Through the year’s Kaelin’s portfolio has expanded into various genres, like product photography, family portraits, and capturing the magic of weddings. Today through fashion, product, and lifestyle photography, Kaelin has discovered my true passion and clientele.
In every photoshoot, her mission is to capture moments that tell a story and evoke emotions. Building a connection with my clients and their audiences is a top priority because through that connection that we create truly inspiring content.

Paul Calvary II
DIRECTOR & EDITOR
From rag boy to senior editor, Paul brought the same passionate approach to every job he has been given. Known more for being very funny, than anything else, he is also one of the greatest editors to ever touch a keyboard. With skills of a ninja and the poise of a bull in a china shop, Paul has edited his way into our hearts and work. His talent has led him to many projects including an Emmy for his contributions to the “Oscars: All access”. From music videos to short features, Paul has the talent, skill and vision to bring any project to life.
Paul is a multi-faceted creative and long-time creative with Grow Vision, with work on the writing side (pre-production) to editing and post production. He has worked on many projects over the years from our work with Taco Bell and Live from Daryl’s House (Viacom TV Show) to ABC Digital, Diesel Films, Greys Anatomy: Post Op, Quantico: The Recruits, Marvel Agents of the shield: Double Agents, She Talks (ABCD) and Snapchat: Watch Party: The Bachelor.

Marie Gammage
MERCHANDISE MANAGER, GROW VISION MUSIC

After spending many years building a career in retail pricing and aviation manufacturing sectors, Marie left it all to spread her wings into her true passion, the arts. Marie started her production & arts career early on by helping on set with various production companies and directors where she resides, in Riverside, CA.
Since 2013, Marie has been creating art, jewelry, & faux stained glass projects for her companies Having Fun 101 & 12th St Glass.
In 2022, Marie left her full time manufacturing job to embrace freelance artist life. She went on tour to England and Europe with GROW VISION MUSIC artists Beaux Gris Gris & The Apocalypse as Merchandise Manager & Tour Assistant. She also became a freelance Production Assistant for GROW VISION. In June 2022, Marie was hired by production designer, Annie Sperling as a PA & set painter for David LaChapelle.
Today, Marie is working in her hometown for the Riverside Arts Council as a Community Outreach Coordinator, Merchandise Manager & PA for GROW VISION, and creating original stained glass art for her company, 12th Street Glass. -
